About this speaker

Have you ever been told that you’re feeling the way you are because of your age? Because you have young kids? Because you’re eating too much? Because you don’t exercise enough? Because it runs in the family? Because you’re female? Because “that’s just life”?

Do you get a feeling of hopelessness? That you simultaneously have limited control over your life, but perversely are also bringing your problems on yourself for not doing enough?

But doing enough of what? What could you do differently?

You’re in the right place if you’re tired of hearing your symptoms are ‘normal’ or inevitable. Whatever life is throwing at you right now, imagine if the food you ate helped you cope? Or (whisper it), even reversed some of your symptoms? Imagine if a few simple adjustments to your routine boosted your energy and cleared your brain fog? Imagine discovering you could overcome the health issues you thought were with you for life?

People feel their happiest when they eat real food, sleep well, do the things that bring them joy and are part of a positive impact in the world around them. I help people understand what is happening in their body and recommend which food and lifestyle changes to prioritise that will support the whole of them, mind and body. I apply next-level nutrition techniques with the latest research and provide people with the practical tools and the sustainable strategies to give them more control of their health.

What’s more is that I promise the food I recommend will taste great. Goodbye steamed chicken and broccoli!

I worked for several years as a London based city lawyer before taking a career break that variously included a lot of travel, accompanying my husband to his career postings in Pakistan and Austria and parenting two children. Much of that was done whilst coping with several health challenges. With the help of a nutritionist, I rebuilt my health and gained a whole new perspective on how food really can be the best medicine. And I realised that sleep was definitely for winners, not losers. My trial-and-error journey back to good health inspired me to retrain as a nutritional therapy practitioner (NTP) and I now have my own nutritional therapy practice called Hayes Pantry based in East Sussex.
