Julia Tomasini

Julia Tomasini Coaching & Facilitation ICF-accredited coach empowering individuals to overcome burnout, and reconnect with their strengths through narrative practices and somatic coaching.

About this speaker

Julia is an ICF-accredited coach, certified narrative practitioner, and trained facilitator, specialising in burnout recovery, emotional wellness, and deep identity work. With a true passion for helping individuals reconnect with themselves, she has guided countless professionals through the challenges of stress, burnout, and self-leadership.

Julia’s approach integrates narrative practices, somatic coaching, and the science of wellbeing to create lasting positive change. In her workshops, she blends practical tools that participants can immediately add to their toolkit with insights on how key neurochemicals (such as serotonin, dopamine, and oxytocin) support emotional healing, leaving participants feeling empowered and ready to take action.

Her burnout support program helps individuals rediscover their strengths and rebuild motivation in both personal and professional settings.

Having worked globally across multiple sectors and lived in five countries, Julia brings a rich multicultural perspective to her work, quickly building trust and fostering deep conversations with her clients. She is dedicated to creating healthier workplace dynamics and helping people cultivate self-compassion as a powerful tool for resilience and wellbeing.

When not coaching or facilitating, Julia enjoys yoga, cold-water swimming in Lisbon, and finding inspiration in different cultures and stories.
