Jayne Morris

Jayne Morris is an ICF UK Associate Board Member, MCC Executive Coach, ICF PCC Assessor and Group Lead for the UK ICF Bath & Bristol Local Chapter.
She is the Director of Balanceology and author of Burnout to Brilliance: Strategies for Sustainable Success. Jayne’s coaching specialism is in burnout prevention and recovery, and she is a former resident life coach expert for NHS Online Health Sector.
Jayne is additionally an EMCC Master Coach, AC Fellow, Certified Coach Supervisor and Lead Tutor on both the Balanceology Certified Burnout Coach CPD Training Programme and Barefoot Coaching Flagship Training.
As a contributor to Psychologies Magazine Life Labs and The Huffington Post, Jayne has also been featured in leading publications including The Telegraph, The Guardian, The Independent, Psychologies Magazine, Red, Cosmopolitan, Women’s Fitness and many more.
Jayne is a popular keynote speaker, workshop leader, radio and TV personality with experience presenting and being interviewed on a variety of topics relating to burnout and stress management.
She has made numerous TV and radio appearances on BBC, Channel 4 and SKY. Jayne is the co-host of the Art of Balance Podcast available on all major platforms.
Since Jayne’s practice began in London’s Harley Street in 2010, she has coached hundreds of professionals experiencing burnout and supported multiple organisations in the prevention of burnout absenteeism.
Jayne resides with her husband and two daughters on the coast, near Bristol where she loves running 3-day restorative retreats, swimming in the sea and taking long walks with the family dog, Blade.
