About this speaker

Daniel Keating-Roberts (he/him)

Daniel is an award winning workshop designer, ADHD, confidence and performance coach and a specialist in performance anxiety.

As an ex international opera singer, he has performed on some of the biggest stages in the world, and if you’ve ever watched Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter or a host of Disney movies, you’ll have already heard hime sing!

Daniel now uses his voice to help other high performers to excel, and shares the secrets to coping even on the biggest stages.

Daniel specialises in anxiety and confidence, and his clients have included race car drivers, fintech entrepreneurs, Brit award nominees, vets, doctors, nurses, and stars of stage and screen. They have performed at Champions league finals, the NFL Superbowl, and one of his clients has a main role in the new Wonka movie.

Daniel currently lives in south Germany, and over the next year will work with young leaders from the top 10 companies in the region, including Porsche, Bosch, Mercedes, Siemens and Kärcher on a programme he has designed to promote innovation and creative thinking and prepare them for senior leadership positions.

After his own ADHD diagnosis, Daniel trained with ADDCA to become an ADHD coach, and is now an active neurodiversity advocate, driving change across business sectors. Alongside his own practice, he runs The Vet Project with Helen Allwood, to provide truly unique training experiences, and ND provision to the veterinary sector.

Have you ever been told that you’re feeling the way you are because of your age? Because you have young kids? Because you’re eating too much? Because you don’t exercise enough? Because it runs in the family? Because you’re female? Because “that’s just life”?
