About this speaker

I am Amy and I am cub and tribe : )

Well…. I’m cub and tribe, but so are you more importantly - a fantastic gathering of parents and parents to be. I have two cubs of my own and a ginger tom cat who thinks he’s a third one. I am really passionate about making being pregnant and postnatal empowering and restful. So let’s head through this crazy and wonderful journey together, having each others backs and getting ourselves balanced and confident in our bodies - come and find your tribe x

I am a 300h yoga teacher specialising in Pregnancy, postnatal, womens and kids yoga. I am also a former primary teacher of 18 years - it’s safe to say I enjoy working with little people too!

I am a trained infant feeding supporter and perinatal mental health peer supporter also - here to listen, offer support and signpost where necessary to other services.

Have you ever been told that you’re feeling the way you are because of your age? Because you have young kids? Because you’re eating too much? Because you don’t exercise enough? Because it runs in the family? Because you’re female? Because “that’s just life”?
